Well I did pretty good today, as far as food goes. I had some rice cakes (only a few because my little brother ate most of my bag :( Grrr...) Then I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for lunch. I cooked dinner today, well my mom cooked some yellow rice and made a salad, I made some kick butt baked chicken. That's what I had for dinner :) Go me... Then I decided as I was cleaning the kitchen that I needed to find a way to get rid of all the apples that I bought the other day, because as much as I like apples, there's no way in tarnation that I can consume an entire bag. So I decided to make up my own cake concoction. I used a boxed buttercream cake sliced some apples and added some pumpkin spice to the mix. I made some homemade vanilla icing, so while it's still fattening I lose all those yucky preservatives. I don't know how it's gonna turn out yet, but I will definitely let y'all know tomorrow.
I know I said I was gonna do no sugar... that's hard, real hard. But I also promised myself that I wouldn't deprive myself of things that I wanted, and I figure that as long as it's in small portions and in good moderation, it won't hurt too much.
Tonight I still have to do my squats, and ab workout, but as far as the walking thing goes, I just can't seem to find the time and energy... I need to get on it though and quick. I'm taking some head shots and body shots next week so I can start getting some promo work and maybe send my stuff out to Casting offices and try to be cast as an extra in the movies that are filmed here in Louisiana. All that and the pageant on top of it all... just have a lot going on. Keep your fingers crossed cause I'm gonna need all the help I can possibly get!!! Until tomorrow!
