So today was day one of skinny or bust... and I think I much would have rather prefered busting. I have eaten well, a subway veggie sandwich (no mayo and oil and vinegar instead) I had some cheese and then I went on a food run because with no sugar in my life I am sure to spontaneously combust. So I bought some snap peas, carrots, apples, some flavored (but 0 calorie 0 sugar) water, and some of those quaker rice cakes. Who'd've thunk that the apples are more fattening than the rice cakes, but I really don't care I'm a fiend for apples.
I walked a mile, I intended for more but this 100 degree Louisiana weather is torture. I thought about shooting basketball but go figure, the ball is MIA.
I'm proud of myself, but it's only day one, lots more to go, lots of tears will be shed, mostly because of lack of sugar. Wish me luck.
