Sunday:: I ate a small bowl of soup for lunch, cause I've been extremely sick, some kind of bronchial congestion something or other, then for dinner I went to Santa Fe Steak House with my family and I had the Sante Fe chicken which was a grilled chicken breast, plus two sides. I got steamed vegetables and fries because french fried potatoes are the most important food group! That pretty much wraps up my Sunday.
Monday:: I ate nothing for breakfast, had some chicken nuggets (for protein) and some french fries for lunch, and red beans and rice for dinner. Lots of protein... and grease i suppose. Oh well...
Tuesday (Today):: I had an egg white omelet for breakfast a salad for lunch and a cheese sandwich and some baby carrots for dinner. PLUS, I ran today!!! Not far, cause I'm not a runner, but I ran two blocks, so score one for me!!!
Hopefully tomorrow I will run some more and eat better. I have to take some promo model pictures on Sunday, and I gotta look as fit as possible. Wish me luck and continue to help me through this.
